Senior Functional Consultant (Implementation)

Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead and execute strategic initiatives across our suite
of software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to
deliver high-impact projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

Expertise / Skills: 6+ years into Implementation of a Software

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle implementation, configuration, and optimization projects for clients.

• Understand client business processes and map them effectively to product capabilities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product demos for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Design and document scalable solutions, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Provide post-implementation advisory and ongoing product consultancy.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert on core product offerings
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external client stakeholders
• Identify risks early, manage scope changes, and ensure timely communication
• Have Clear alignment between business needs and delivered solutions
• Translate client requirements into practical, scalable product configurations
• Thoughtful feedback integration into product improvement cycles

Desired Candidate details:

• Strong domain knowledge in e.g., ERP, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail Tech, etc.
• Hands-on experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and
  client-facing delivery.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• 6+ years of experience in a consulting, solution engineering, or implementation role— preferably in a product-based IT company.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or relevant
certifications a plus).

Job Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai / Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
