**Overview**
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative **Senior Financial Analyst** to support strategic finance initiatives across our global manufacturing and distribution operations network. This role will work closely with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, drive integration efforts, and support transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Finance Director to deliver financial analysis and insights for strategic initiatives, M&A integration, and operational performance.
- Support financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development for transformation and footprint optimization projects related to a recent acquisition—both pre- and post-deal.
- Assist in harmonizing financial processes across the Global Operations network.
- Prepare and analyze monthly synergy tracking performance reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Operations teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
**Qualifications**

- **Bachelor's** **degree** in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
- **5-8 years** of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or global operations.
