Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team and run finance. The candidate will be responsible for all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting in multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Manage Xero across multiple entities and geographies.
- Manage and maintain our invoicing system that includes complex contracts and hybrid pricing.
- Optimize our payment processing and reconciliation system to maintain good customer experience as well as on-time payments.
- Ensure top quality and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain our financial model.
- Statutory filing requirements in multiple geographies.

Requirements:
- Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a scaling B2B startup environment.
- Proficiency in using Xero for financial accounting and reporting.
- Experience with managing customer contracts and hybrid pricing systems through third-party providers.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data visualization tools like Looker, preferred but not required.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
