The Opportunity
G4GC is seeking a strategic and equity-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead and strengthen its internal infrastructure. Reporting to the Vice President, this experienced leader will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term systems that support G4GC’s people, programs, and partnerships.
The Operations Department is the engine of the organization, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and processes are aligned with G4GC’s mission to resource organizations led by and for girls and gender-expansive youth of color. With a focus on equity, integrity, and sustainability, the team creates the internal conditions necessary for transformative work to thrive.
Core functions include office management, events planning, compliance, technology, and administrative operations. The department brings G4GC’s values—transformation, authenticity, accountability, inclusivity, urgency, love, freedom, and creativity—to life by fostering collaboration, building inclusive systems, and stewarding resources responsibly.
As part of the extended leadership team, the Senior Director will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s long-term strategy and cultivating an internal culture grounded in equity and care.
