Role Overview
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at TechRBM, you will architect, implement, and optimize multi-cloud DevOps ecosystems supporting enterprise-scale applications. You will lead key initiatives in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and observability, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across environments.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with solution architects, delivery heads, and cross-functional teams to define and execute DevOps roadmaps that drive modernization, efficiency, and operational excellence. As a technical leader, you will also mentor junior engineers, fostering an automation-first and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement DevOps pipelines and multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Define, standardize, and enforce DevOps best practices for CI/CD, IaC, observability, and automated deployments.
- Manage and optimize multi-environment cloud infrastructure for high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Design and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) with Helm, Ingress, and Service Mesh integrations.
- Oversee Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement monitoring and observability frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, and App Insights.
- Drive DevSecOps integration and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Automate cloud provisioning, patching, scaling, and disaster recovery workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with developers, SREs, and architects to enhance deployment velocity and system reliability.
- Lead incident management efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Stay ahead of emerging tools and practices in CloudOps, GitOps, FinOps, and Platform Engineering.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Deep expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring).
- Strong command of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
- Proven experience in CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment strategies.
- Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting.
- Experience with Linux/Windows administration, networking, and load balancing.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-availability multi-cloud architectures.
- Understanding of DevSecOps and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Exposure to microservices, service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and API gateways preferred.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and observability stacks is a strong plus.
