Vibrant and game-changing events company are seeking a talented designer marketing and digital communications experience to join their growing team. This company have grown from an ambitious start-up to a worldwide leader in their sector, known for their big ideas, ambition and innovation.
This company offers a 4 day working week as standard and works on a hybrid model, with 1 day working from home and the remaining 3 days in the office.
The Opportunity
This is an important role for this company as they seek to grow and deepen their digital marketing offering. The successful candidate will lead and support the creative team to create and deliver a variety of cross-channel assets in promotion of their calendar of events. You will have the opportunity to bring design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. Reporting into the Art Director, this position will oversee Midweight- and Junior Designers to ensure all work from the team aligns to the goals of the brand. You will also work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure all projects are executed efficiently and on-schedule.
The Ideal Candidate
Has 7 or more years’ experience working within the design industry, either within a creative agency or in-house, with at least 2 years working at a senior designer level.
Has a beautifully crafted portfolio of work demonstrating extensive experience working on marketing and campaign across channels including digital, social and out of home.
Has a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, email marketing and social media advertising.
Is proficient in Adobe CS and Figma with other, additional platforms a nice to have.
Someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling designs.
A self-starter who is an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is able to work collaboratively across teams.
