In this role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven decision strategies using Pega Decisioning solutions. The primary focus will be on improving customer interactions, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency through the effective utilization of AI/ML and data-driven insights delivered through Pega decisioning
