About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade machine learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Django, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL, along with deep expertise in MLOps, cloud deployment, and model experimentation.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying ML/GenAI models that drive business impact across industries such as Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, Mortgage, and Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end ML and GenAI solutions including RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and Forecasting models.
- Perform feature engineering using SQL, Spark, and Databricks.
- Build and manage scalable MLOps pipelines, model registries, and cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Leverage MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes for reproducibility and automation.
- Conduct A/B testing, causal inference, and other statistical experiments.
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear executive-level presentations and data-driven stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams to integrate models into production systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience building and deploying enterprise-level ML models.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, SQL, Spark, and Jupyter environments.
- Expertise in scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud ML deployments, MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of statistics, experimentation design, and data-driven problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Domain knowledge in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance/Mortgage, or Government preferred.
