Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with skills in Spark, Python & AWS, deep understanding of data science development and a keen eye for effective data analytics. What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the creation of scalable, high-performance code that forms the backbone of our data solutions
• Ensure code coverage through efficient unit tests and demonstrate the ability to write integration tests for robust data applications
• Bring fresh ideas and actively contribute to performance optimization, ensuring our data solutions operate at peak efficiency
• Play a vital role in supporting and enhancing existing business-critical pipelines, contributing to the seamless flow of data across the organization

What You Have

• Extensive knowledge of Spark, demonstrating the ability to harness its power for scalable data solutions
• Hands-on experience in Python with a focus on writing efficient unit tests
• Familiarity with core AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Lambda
• Strong background in data integration and modeling, showcasing your expertise in ETL pipeline development and orchestration

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience working with Snowflake
• Fundamental knowledge of Databricks, including lakehouse architecture, Unity catalog
• Proficiency in using notebooks with Python and SQL
