Your role & Impact
The purpose of this role is to empower commercial teams with insights and recommendations to grow our marketplace and get the most of our team.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial teams to translate business questions into analyses, synthesise insights and develop recommendations to drive business results.
- Define, develop and monitor the key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes, and identify drivers for changes in these metrics
- Ensure business questions are addressed in the most effective format (ad-hoc deep-dive, recurring analysis, dashboards, self-serving functional tools)
- Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via dashboards and self-serving tools, in close collaboration with the Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.
- Support commercial team OKR planning and measurement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes and methodologies
Your team
Our Commercial Analytics and Business Intelligence team is formed by 4 analysts from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We collaborate closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
Your profile
Required:
- 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst, or equivalent role with a strong data/analytics component.
- Analytical mindset, combined with good business sense and orientation.
- A good communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to different audiences
- Self-starter with strong project and time management skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Google Sheets, and experience with at least one dashboarding tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
- Proficiency in French is desired and this person will collaborate with HA and Studapart team.
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, etc.) is a plus
- Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech company is a big plus.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau
