• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in data management and reporting.

• Lead innovation projects, exploring new data sources, analytics techniques, and BI technologies.

• Guide the organization in establishing and evolving its data architecture to support scalable analytics.

Business Acumen & Strategic Influence:

• Use a deep understanding of industry, market trends, and customer behaviors to influence business strategies.

• Lead cross-functional projects to drive significant business outcomes, leveraging data to challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, shaping the organization’s data strategy and driving a competitive edge through analytics.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in data analysis, BI engineering, and the use of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and multiple BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.

• Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and driving business outcomes through data.
