The role based within the Service Consultancy Team is a both an internal and external customer facing role. Working within the Service Consultancy Team, you will provide SME throughout QinetiQ’s service portfolio, including Pre bid and Bid evaluation. Provide advice and guidance within the Service Architecture environment and Service Management practices within projects and programmes.
The purpose of this role is to work with customer facing teams to design and deliver service integration, support and management models to meet customer requirements and service or solution deliverables using the principles and Industry Best Practice methodologies across the full-service lifecycle.
The Service consultant will be required to work in a customer facing role which may include working in a service management and delivery team, with responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery assurance of managed services across a large complex programme.
The role will require you to work closely with the key customer stakeholders, service teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that services are maintained, sustained and that the customer receives exemplary service delivery.
