Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning ML Lead Developer to design develop and lead the implementation of advanced ML solutions The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in machine learning AI frameworks and software development with leadership skills to guide a team of data scientists and engineers This role requires close collaboration with product managers business stakeholders and cross functional engineering teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Strategy
Lead the design development and deployment of ML models and AI driven applications
Define the technical roadmap for ML initiatives aligned with business objectives
Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers data scientists and software developers

ML Development Engineering
Build optimize and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
Ensure efficient data collection preprocessing feature engineering and model training
Deploy and monitor ML models in production using MLOps best practices
Evaluate and experiment with state of the art ML AI algorithms frameworks and tools

Collaboration Communication
Work with product teams to translate business problems into ML driven solutions
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines and infrastructure
Communicate results insights and technical decisions to stakeholders clearly

Governance Best Practices
Establish coding documentation and testing standards for ML projects
Ensure ethical AI practices model explainability and regulatory compliance
Drive innovation while balancing accuracy performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science AI ML or related field
6 years of professional experience in ML AI development with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
Proficiency in Python TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit learn and related ML frameworks
Strong background in statistics deep learning NLP computer vision or recommendation systems
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles
Proven track record of successfully deploying ML models in production at scale
Hands on experience with LLMs generative AI or reinforcement learning
Experience leading cross functional AI ML projects in enterprise environments
Strong business acumen and ability to connect ML solutions to ROI
