Senior Compliance Specialist, Legal

• Work with internal and external counsel to manage compliance
• Triage and manage helpline cases
• Design compliance program controls and manage implementation projects
• Distribute and assess responses to compliance surveys
• Support risk mitigation activities including risk assessments and due diligence
• Oversee required training and track completion
• Maintain documentation of compliance records
• Assist in special project work

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance and project management
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
• Experience in a culturally diverse, global technology company
• High level of integrity, thoroughness, flexibility, initiative and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and develop professional knowledge in compliance
