We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of translating complex compliance requirements into user-friendly product features and functionality. This role demands a strong background in product management within the financial industry, particularly relating to compliance and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the existing portfolio of compliance operation products and systems, evaluating performance, responding to incident and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to understand compliance processes, logic, and financial regulatory policies
- Translate these regulations into enjoyable, effective, and compliant product features and functionality
- Coordinate with Engineering team to create compliance solutions within our products
- Conduct user research and address feedback for improving the user experience and workflows related to compliance (20% of this role)
- Define and communicate product roadmaps, prioritizing compliance-related features based on regulatory requirements, business necessity, and user feedback
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance features, making data-driven suggestions for improvements and optimizations
- Proactively stay updated with financial regulations and industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our compliance products
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Compliance/Risk related product, or corporate internal operating system/tools management roles, preferably in Finance or Technology industry; Crypto experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent understanding of product and project management principles. Good technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of financial regulations such as AML/KYC, GDPR, and PCI-DSS, and their implications on product design
- Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to schedule
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams
- Bilingual with both English and Mandarin is a must to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
