Requirements and Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years gathering and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional)
- A minimum of five (5) years evaluating, refining business processes and process improvement
- A minimum of five (5) years experience with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics 365 CRM
- A minimum of five (5) years experience supporting user acceptance testing and end-user training
- A minimum of five (5) years experience planning and documenting activities for key milestones and track progress against plan
- A minimum of five (5) years experience supporting the development and reporting of performance metrics
