Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis, identify dependencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outputs.
- Facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and design sessions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze business data to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure documentation and processes align with compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
