Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team and play a critical role in delivering and embedding a new system within the business. With go-live set for October next year, this role will help ensure success through both delivery and post-launch support. WHAT'S ON OFFER $950.00 a day Inclusive of super + GSTInitial 12-Month engagement, with possibility of extension.Hybrid working arrangements, Melbourne CBD.Opportunity to work with one of Australia's most recognised telecommunications providers THE ROLE: This is a role for a Senior BA who can hit the ground running, with strong systems knowledge and an ability to write clear, high-quality requirements for technical delivery. You'll be working across multiple systems in scope including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, DocuSign, and internal platforms engaging with stakeholders of varying levels of maturity and familiarity with these technologies. Key responsibilities include: Gather, analyse, and document high-quality requirements to support technical delivery * Facilitate workshops and elicit requirements from a wide range of stakeholders * Engage and influence stakeholders to drive outcomes, often with users unfamiliar with new systems * Support solution design and ensure requirements align with program objectives * Collaborate closely with other Senior BAs to provide end-to-end coverage of program streams * Assist in post-go-live activities to embed new processes and systems into the business THE COMPANY: A leading Australian telecommunications provider delivering high-speed network infrastructure nationwide, connecting communities and driving digital innovation. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large, complex technology transformation programs * Strong ability to gather and document high-quality technical requirements (critical skill) * Stakeholder engagement and facilitation expertise, with the ability to challenge and support constructively * Exposure to Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning highly desirable (not mandatory) * Experience working with systems such as ServiceNow, Appian, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms * Familiarity with JIRA and agile ways of working * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technical groups Please note: You must have Full Working Rights in Australia and be based in Melbourne.
