Hebbia is building out a robust design team, and we’re bringing our brand design in-house. As our first brand designer, you’ll have creative autonomy and own the brand entirely—establishing us as both a premium product for our customers, and a leader in the AI economy.

You’ll get to build our brand and deploy it across web, marketing, and product—collaborating directly with Hebbia’s leadership team. You’ll work closely with Arjun Mahesh, who leads design, and our founder George Sivulka. Checkout a snapshot of our team and design philosophy here.

Responsibilities

  • Own our brand from end-to-end, turning Hebbia into a world-class entity in the AI space
  • Working on diverse projects including brand identity, web design, product design, marketing, social media, sales, events, and swag
  • Developing guidelines and templates for our visual identity
  • Collaborating with product designers to translate brand into product and web
  • Present to cross-functional partners and participate in design reviews
  • Work with product designers to translate brand into the product
  • Ensure scalability and brand consistency by developing templated collateral systems

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and visual design
  • Very comfortable using AI tools and workflows
  • You have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft thoughtful & beautiful brands
  • Strong fundamental with color, typography, and layout
  • Built brands from scratch or helped evolve an existing one
  • Love to be scrappy, move quickly, and have a lot of ownership
  • Proficiency in graphic design, web design, and motion
  • Strong grasp of tools like Adobe CS, Figma
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and execute with autonomy
  • Comfortable running sprints and are an expert at aligning cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excited about and inspired by what’s possible with AI
  • Experience with 3D, animation, or sound design a plus

Location: This role is based in our New York City Headquarters, Monday - Friday in office.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is set between $120,000 and $155,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
