The role:

As a Senior AI Engineer at Legora, you’ll drive the development of cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies, building features that redefine how legal professionals work. You’ll take ownership of our AI features across the stack, ensuring scalable and secure solutions while pushing the forefront of AI innovation.

You will mentor junior colleagues and help define the strategy for the AI engineers with the CTO and Head of Engineering. Within a short period of time, you may are expected to take on an explicit leadership role spanning multiple teams.

What you will be doing:

• Architect and implement all AI and LLM features at Legora

• Ensure we utilize the latest and greatest LLM features, agentic tools etc

• Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development

• Own and drive forward PoCs and solve broad technical challenges

• Review code and mentor junior colleagues to support them in their development

• A passionate engineer with several years of experience implementing and evaluating AI and LLM applications

• You’re autonomous and take pride in the systems you architect
