The Opportunity

Within our Technology Consulting Services, our AI & Data team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of AI & data resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information and data sciences solutions. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends of data engineering, data transformation and AI.

In order to reinforce our Data and AI team, we are currently seeking a Senior AI Consultant to support client engagement teams and to work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Senior AI Consultant, you will

• Work with our clients to understand business goals and priorities, capture these requirements and translate them into state-of-the-art AI based workflows
• Build valuable relationships with our clients through demonstrating exceptional delivery and technical expertise.
• Have responsibility to help grow and win new business by contributing to proposals, technical demos and client presentations.
• Get to draw on your skills and experience, creating innovative insights for clients looking to deliver value and improve their operations.

What we are looking for

• You have 2 - 5 years of working experience within a consulting firm, industry, or governmental organization
• You have a degree in Data, AI or IT Engineering or in a strong relevant technical experience
• You have full working proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English
• Ability to effectively work across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with LLM's, Advanced Machine Learning, AI and Data Engineering
• Very good knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native AI services
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, AI ethics and data privacy
• Good understanding of data modelling, integration and data architecture is an asset
• Strong communication skills, as well as excellent prioritization capabilities, problem-solving skills and you strive on interpersonal relationship building
• You have experience in functional and technical design within Data and AI projects
• Ideally, you have experience with:
• analyzing systems and procedures , process design and modelling, and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' assessments for a Target Operating Model
• conducting workshops and interviews
• stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs
• delivery of large-scale business/technology programs
