Summary

Seasonal part-time Sales Professional responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized client interactions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and enhancing the in-store experience through product knowledge and styling expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional hospitality and product knowledge.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences and elevate customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain customer correspondence and client relationships to drive sales.
  • Promote full price sales across product categories and support product launches.
  • Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and appointments.
  • Assist with inventory management, special events and store projects.
  • Perform opening and closing store duties as required.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
  • Communicate effectively with store management, peers and corporate partners.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant retail or sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning.
  • Passion for the brand and a selling oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.
