Senior Professional level role with subject matter expertise as a Scrum Master. Typically Scrum Masters at this level work with multiple teams at a time. Key Contributor to initiative success.
May be called upon to troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, highly technical, complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.
Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and remove impediments.
Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed.
Work under minimal supervision.
Provide input to initiative-related decisions.
Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.
Assist with the transfer of knowledge of Agile skills.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree and related training or experience, including experience in a Scrum Master role
Seven+ years of professional experience, two+ years of experience working on or with agile teams, three+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Detailed knowledge of several IT and non-IT/Agile skills and tools and their application.
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study
Subject Matter Expertise in a specific Segment/LOB/Function such as a Technical SME
Experience in the banking industry
