This is your chance to inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, guiding them through their Science education and helping them develop a love for the subject 🔬.

As a Science Teacher, you’ll join a medium-sized academy with a supportive senior management team, dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or a newly qualified educator (ECT), this role offers great potential for career growth 📈.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Science lessons tailored for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
🔹 Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse learning needs and foster success at all levels 🌱.
🔹 Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement and success.
🔹 Encourage critical thinking and creativity through real-world applications and engaging activities 💡.
🔹 Collaborate with colleagues to innovate and improve teaching resources and strategies 📚.
🔹 Foster a growth mindset, helping students build confidence and a love for Science.
🔹 Ensure a safe, motivating, and inclusive learning environment for all students 🏫.
🔹 Participate in school-wide initiatives to contribute to curriculum and policy development.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (suitable for ECTs) 👩‍🏫.
✔️ Strong understanding of the Science curriculum and the ability to create stimulating, differentiated lesson plans.
✔️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
✔️ A passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their best 🔥.
✔️ Strong classroom management and the ability to create a positive learning environment 🌟.
✔️ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) 🔐.
