Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
Register new applicants and promote new properties
Qualify applicants prior to viewings
Book and carry out property viewings
Report on any need for repairs at properties
Provide feedback to the relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensure systems are up to date
Skills required:
Experience with customer service
Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK driving license
