That’s why we’re looking for a technically proficient, process-oriented Salesforce Development Manager to drive system innovation and agile execution within our commercial technology team.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll lead a team of developers and administrators while partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—evolving our Salesforce platform into a true growth enabler.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

  • Organize and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators; conduct performance reviews and foster career growth

  • Define data flows and system responsibilities between Salesforce and integrated platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, Reporting, Compensation Systems)

  • Implement sales enablement tools that integrate with Salesforce to drive GTM efficiency

  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and data architecture artifacts

  • Ensure strong governance practices around data integrity, user access, and process consistency

  • Write and manage epics, user stories, and product backlogs in alignment with business priorities

  • Deliver training and enablement on new workflows, tools, and platform updates

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging capabilities, and best practices to inform future planning

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex environments

  • 5+ years leading agile teams or managing Salesforce-related projects

  • Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer, Consultant, or Technical Architect)

  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation

  • Proven success delivering solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations use cases

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with a bias for scalable design and automation

  • Experience leading and coaching technical teams

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-growth environment where technology and data drive everything we do. This is your opportunity to:

  • Shape the future of a best-in-class GTM infrastructure

  • Work with a modern stack and innovative tools

  • Lead and grow a talented Salesforce team

  • Make a measurable impact across multiple business units

  • Remote work model
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Generous time off
