You’ll own the design and delivery of world-class training for our BDMs and BSCs, driving results, boosting performance, and setting the standard for excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-energy induction training for new sales hires
  • Ability to gamify the learning with weekly & monthly workshops
  • Create ongoing coaching and development programs to keep our team ahead of the competition.
  • Work with Sales Managers & Directors to identify skill gaps and smash performance targets.
  • Maximize productivity by training on Salesforce and sales best practices.
  • Keep materials fresh, relevant, and aligned with our ambitious goals.
  • Monitor training impact, track results, and continuously improve delivery.

 

What You Bring

  • Proven success in high-energy, B2B sales environments.
  • Hands-on sales training experience (telephone-based sales is a big plus).
  • Salesforce expertise.
  • Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
