What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-energy induction training for new sales hires
- Ability to gamify the learning with weekly & monthly workshops
- Create ongoing coaching and development programs to keep our team ahead of the competition.
- Work with Sales Managers & Directors to identify skill gaps and smash performance targets.
- Maximize productivity by training on Salesforce and sales best practices.
- Keep materials fresh, relevant, and aligned with our ambitious goals.
- Monitor training impact, track results, and continuously improve delivery.
What You Bring
- Proven success in high-energy, B2B sales environments.
- Hands-on sales training experience (telephone-based sales is a big plus).
- Salesforce expertise.
- Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to energize, inspire, and develop top sales talent.
