The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trader to join their high-performing team. This role is to maintain the client partnerships and requires a professional who can provide exceptional service and deep market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, trusted relationships with an institutional client portfolio.
• Deliver daily market commentary and generate strategic trade ideas.
• Execute trades across a diverse product range, managing associated risk.
• Ideate and contribute to the development of new structured products.
• Liaise with internal teams (Trading Ops, Tech, Quants) to improve processes and client offerings.
• Ensure all activities adhere to strict regulatory and internal risk frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a global markets trading role.
• Proven track record in a client-facing sales trading or similar capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen awareness of financial risk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-stakes trading floor environment.
• Knowledge of FX Options and/or Cryptocurrencies is a significant advantage.
• Must be available to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
