Summary

Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales objectives in a fast paced luxury retail environment. Support operational standards including merchandising, point of sale accuracy, asset protection, and inventory tasks while working collaboratively with the sales team and management.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
  • Organize and maintain the selling floor to visual merchandising standards
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
  • Assist with after sales service administration and workstation upkeep
  • Follow asset protection procedures including tagging ticketing and participation in cycle counts
  • Prepare and assist with inventory and merchandise replenishment
  • Greet clients promptly and provide high level customer service including packaging and wrapping at POS

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
