Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing FinTech organization that specializes in digital payment solutions, financial software, and banking technology products. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the financial technology sector. Identify and approach potential clients including banks, NBFCs, startups, and enterprises. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in an easy-to-understand way for clients. Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve product positioning. Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging FinTech innovations.
