Description
Xtend is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations & Enablement Lead to support our Business Development (BD) team in Israel. This role is key to enabling the team’s success by managing demos, events, logistics, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Enablement
- Coordinate calendars, travel, and tasks for the BD team.
- Own CRM hygiene, dashboards, and reporting (Salesforce / HubSpot / Pipedrive).
- Prepare bid/vendor documentation in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Manage demo inventory (serials, RMA, consumables).
- Maintain playbooks and checklists (Pre-Demo, Event Runbooks, Shipping SOPs).
Events & Logistics
- Plan and execute demos and trade shows end-to-end.
- Lead shipment logistics: pick/pack, commercial documentation (invoice, pro-forma, ATA Carnet), forwarders, and customs.
- Ensure compliance with Li-ion / Dangerous Goods handling (UN3481) and shipping insurance.
- Oversee on-site setup: AV, power, health & safety, access control.
- Capture leads, upload to CRM, and lead post-event debriefs and improvements.
Process & Compliance
- Maintain timelines, trackers, and status reports.
- Handle sensitive/confidential materials per contractual obligations.
- Coordinate tightly with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Sales Ops/Project Coordination/Logistics in a global environment.
- Proven logistics/shipments/events experience - must
- . Strong Excel/Sheets; task tools (Asana/Monday/Notion);
- CRM proficiency - must.
- Hebrew native/professional and fluent English - must.
- Israeli driver’s license; willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Nice to Have:
