1. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales performance at multiple levels: customer, region, product line, and SKU.
- Track order intake vs. shipment vs. production output and flag variances for investigation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Analyze revenue performance, margin contribution, and backlog levels across channels and customers.
- Consolidate sales forecasts from regional teams and validate against historical trends, seasonality, and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production planning, and logistics to ensure forecasts are operationally feasible.
- Identify risks to forecast accuracy and build models to improve predictability (e.g., regression, moving averages).
- Monitor order lifecycle to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery and alert stakeholders to potential delays.
- Support large or strategic customer orders by coordinating between sales, planning, and manufacturing to confirm delivery commitments.
- Assist in customer performance reviews by providing order vs. forecast variance analysis and delivery metrics.
- Work with finance and product teams to develop cost-based pricing models considering BOM cost, and logistics.
- Support quote generation by analyzing volume discounts, custom configurations, and production feasibility.
- Evaluate margin and contribution for custom or non-standard product requests before approval.
- Ensure customer pricing, and product data accuracy within ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Track opportunity pipeline in CRM and ensure alignment with production forecast requirements.
- Support the sales team in accurate CRM usage for opportunity stages, close dates, and product selection.

- Production Planning to align customer orders with available capacity.

- Customer Service to resolve post-order issues such as delays or changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis, or similar roles in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and supply chain dependencies.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, nested formulas, Power Query, etc.).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- SQL or database querying skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to interact across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
