You will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and work toward achieving sales targets while ensuring superior customer experience and compliance with company standards.Key Responsibilities: • Identify, engage, and acquire potential SME clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. • Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable products and services. • Present, negotiate, and close sales deals aligned with company policies. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly. • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and product development initiatives. • Participate in field activities, trade shows, and events to promote company offerings. • Ensure excellent post-sales support and customer relationship management.Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales (preferably in financial services or lending), strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing abilities, familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho), proficiency in MS Office Suite, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Knowledge of the finance sector and SME lending processes will be an added advantage.
