Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within the camera security installation industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and developments. - Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Requirements: - Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in the camera security installation industry. - Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
