Sales Manager - UK
Reporting to the International Sales Director, you’ll lead and expand Castel’s commercial activity across the UK. You’ll have the freedom to shape the strategy, backed by an established global brand and cutting-edge product range.
You’ll be:
Defining and executing the UK sales strategy in partnership with the International Sales Director
Prospecting new clients and strengthening existing relationships
Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Negotiating and closing deals across electronic security, intercom, and access control
Collaborating closely with marketing, after-sales, and technical teams
Representing Castel at key industry events and exhibitions
Analysing performance and providing insights to senior management
You’ll Need
Proven B2B sales management experience, ideally in security, access control, or intercom solutions
Strong understanding of the UK security market and its distribution network
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
A self-starter mindset with the drive to deliver results
Full UK driving licence
