Keep an eye on online platforms to spot and connect with potential new members who fit our vibe.
Customer Experience Hero
Support new members during their onboarding, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move-in process.
Be the go-to contact for our NYC members, always ready to assist, reassure, and spread good vibes.
Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance the Cohabs experience.
Work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure any property issues are swiftly handled.
