Key Responsibilities
· Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
· Educate clients on products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell.
· Handle enquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
· At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
· Confident using CRM systems.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
· Valid driving license (essential).
