About the job
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for presenting product offerings and solutions in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in the company’s technology and experience, and to remove technical objections throughout the sales cycle. You will provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology to the client’s business and will facilitate the customer’s understanding of our portfolio through presentations and demonstrations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of technical sales strategies, and the ability to demonstrate product value effectively. You should have a strong desire to leverage your sales and technical skills to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure, and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. This position reports to the Director, Sales Engineering.
- Effectively communicate the unique benefits and features of our products to customers, ensuring clear understanding of our value propositions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Master and apply advanced sales methodologies and qualification frameworks to enhance the sales process and improve conversion rates, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
- Design and execute detailed account plans that include strategic vision, relationship mapping, and tactical actions to drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement across key accounts
- Cultivate and expand customer relationships at all organizational levels, from mid-management to executive, demonstrating the unique value of our solutions to enhance engagement and drive growth
- Interpret customer needs and requirements to design tailored solutions that address their specific challenges
