About the job

About Verse Medical

We’re building the software infrastructure that enables hospital-quality care, at home. As healthcare costs have increased, the patient’s home has become incredibly important as a site of care.

Yet, patients recovering at home are highly underserved. Patients can only get better at home if they receive the high-quality care that they need reliably. The existing in-home care process involves a patchwork of different vendors, all connected through faxes and phone calls.

We’re building modern, robust software that solves this challenge. We currently operate across 49 states with most of the largest health systems in the US.

We’re backed by some of the best investors in technology and healthcare and have ambitious expansion plans. It’s a particularly exciting time to join the company as we’re aggressively expanding the team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to optimize the effectiveness of our sales team by providing the necessary tools, training, and processes to drive success. This individual will be responsible for reducing new hire ramp-up time, improving sales performance, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, with a passion for developing strategies that enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent coaching skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of improving sales effectiveness.

Location:

Working from home 1 day a week is optional.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations
  • Strong background in sales methodologies, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Experience designing and executing onboarding programs and sales training initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools to track performance and improve sales workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a sales audience.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales leadership.
  • Passion for developing talent, driving revenue growth, and ensuring sales teams operate at peak performance.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

  • Unprecedented recent sales growth with responsible growth plan.
  • Clearly defined targets and roadmap for compensation increases.
  • 401(k) plan (no company match)
  • 15 days of PTO per year.
  • 100% premium covered for health insurance.
  • Commuter Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Training & Onboarding: Develop and implement structured training programs to accelerate new hire onboarding and improve ongoing sales effectiveness.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and introduce best practices, ensuring a standardized and scalable approach to selling.
  • Content & Tool Management: Curate and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, scripts, and training materials to ensure sales reps have access to the right resources at the right time.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key sales metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven coaching recommendations to improve team performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies, refine messaging, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Coaching & Skill Development: Conduct role-playing sessions, call coaching, and hands-on workshops to help sales reps refine their techniques and objection-handling skills.
  • Technology & CRM Optimization: Ensure sales teams are leveraging Salesforce (or similar CRM) effectively, providing training and best practices for data hygiene and workflow efficiency.
