Sales Development Representative
About the job
• You identify prospective new customers and relevant contacts, laying the foundation for our sales success
• With creativity and empathy, you build valuable relationships via phone, email and social media, always exploring new outreach approaches
• You generate enthusiasm for our vision and schedule meetings with executives and decision-makers at top companies across the DACH region
• You qualify leads from various marketing channels and identify promising sales opportunities
• You quickly recognize leads' needs and find tailored solutions
• You arrange demo appointments and calls between potential customers and our Account Executives
• You work closely with the entire sales team and report regularly on progress
• You manage your workflow effectively using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or consulting, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector
- A degree in a business-related field is an advantage
- You demonstrate proven sales success and a process-driven, solution-oriented mindset
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- You are persistent and goal-oriented, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- You are familiar with modern CRM tools and use them efficiently
- Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
