Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Handle inbound calls and make 150+ outbound calls daily to targeted in-house leads, generating at least one qualified opportunity per day and achieving two closings per week.
- Identify customer needs and seamlessly transfer opportunities to senior team members for closing.
- Deliver value in every interaction, building trust with both customers and colleagues.
- Stay focused on performance, demonstrating a competitive and collaborative spirit to meet and exceed company goals.
- Take accountability for your results, showing resilience and determination to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Commission: Earn 10% to 25% of gross sales on consulting/marketing engagements, with additional commissions for upselling products and closing loans.
- Earnings Potential: Average annual earnings exceed $200k+.
- Structure: This is a commission-only role. Non-repayable draw for the first 4 weeks is available.
