Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and results driven individual to join BILL’s Credit Risk Strategy team. The incumbent will be responsible for leading key projects associated with credit risk assessment, data analysis and strategy development at BILL. This position requires a candidate who has experience working with machine learning models, performing analytics and designing risk strategies in the credit risk domain.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in risk analytics or data science within credit or online payment industry
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated history of addressing business challenges using data and analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau or other dashboard tools
- Experience working with machine learning models and model driven strategies
- A keen interest in gaining in-depth knowledge in the domain, particularly in credit risk, with an openness to learn
- Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives including development of dashboards and visualizations
- Comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses, and action-oriented outcomes
- Bonus: Experience with AWS suite and DBT
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
