We’re looking for a Risk Manager to join our Risk & Audit team to lead and maintain the development and execution of Risk Strategies aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across various departments and business units to ensure proactive risk mitigation.
• Conduct risk assessments by analyzing data and evaluating the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks on business operations.
• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to strengthen risk controls across the organization.
• Design, implement, and oversee internal controls to mitigate operational risks and enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Compliance, IT, and HR, to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
• Continuously monitor existing risks and identify emerging risks arising from business changes, regulatory updates, or market conditions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management best practices to ensure full regulatory alignment.
• Lead incident response efforts for operational disruptions, security breaches, system failures, or workplace incidents, ensuring swift resolution and mitigation.
• Investigate and analyze risk incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the risk management framework, integrating data-driven insights and innovative risk methodologies.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Law.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, regulatory compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively in a global environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a structured, organized manner.
• CRMP certification is a plus.
