C Teleport is transforming corporate travel with an intuitive, fully automated booking platform. As we scale our revenue operations and analytics capabilities, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations & Analytics Engineer to build the data foundation that powers accurate forecasting, channel attribution and decision-grade insights across our revenue funnel.


What You’ll Do:


HubSpot Data Quality & Architecture
  • Lead deduplication, validation and enrichment workflows using modern tooling (e.g. Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay or similar)
  • Configure HubSpot pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects and properties to ensure data sufficiency and consistency

SQL Modeling & Redshift Views
  • Design, version and maintain Redshift views (SQL) to feed BI and forecasting workflows
  • Optimize existing reports and retire obsolete ones, ensuring performant, reliable data marts
Reporting & BI Enablement
  • Partner with our external BI provider to deliver intuitive Power BI dashboards for funnel analysis, CAC/LTV and forecasting
  • Monitor dashboard usage and iterate on drill-downs, definitions and UX to drive adoption

Integrations & Automation
  • Build and maintain API-based syncs and workflows (n8n, Zapier, Python/JS) across marketing, billing and CS tools
  • Automate lead-to-opportunity SLAs and other critical processes in HubSpot
  • Integrate and maintain sales tools like dialling software, transcribing software and others
  • Create and maintain Fit and Engagement lead scoring in Hubspot


What You Bring:

  • 3 + years in RevOps, SalesOps or Data Engineering within a B2B SaaS/tech environment
  • Expert SQL skills (Redshift/PostgreSQL dialect) and Git-based workflow experience
  • Proven track record cleaning, enriching and modeling HubSpot (or Salesforce) data end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience spec’ing or building executive Power BI dashboards
  • Familiarity with at least one data-enrichment tool (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.)
  • HubSpot certifications (Sales, Marketing or Operations Hub) preferred
  • Strong communicator able to translate complex data into plain-language insights
  • EU-based, fully overlapping CET business hours
