Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations in a luxury eyewear retail environment. Build client relationships, support omnichannel experiences, assist with minor adjustments and help achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining a polished store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge and stay current on trends and features.
• Build and maintain client relationships through in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless service across online and in-store platforms.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
• Adhere to brand policies and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
