- Conduct work activities safely and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and Goodwill, Ontario Great Lakes Health and Safety policies, procedures, and program.
- Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe facility, including but not limited to workstation(s) and the donation processing area.
- Sort donated goods based on condition in accordance with procedures.
- Price merchandise in accordance with procedures using the base price guide.
- Sort and store priced donations into labelled pallet boxes according to procedures.
- Identify high value donations based on condition, quality, antique and/or collectibles for up pricing or online sales.
- Keep current on merchandise knowledge, industry trends and competitive pricing.
- Perform other related activities as necessary or as assigned.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a requirement for this role.
