Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning services in clients’ homes
- Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team leaders about any issues or special requests
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect for personal property
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Report any damages or maintenance concerns to supervisors
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning protocols
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic English communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
