Lauris Walton is seeking a Research Intern to support our team in conducting in-depth market research and analysis. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential research skills and gain exposure to the recruitment industry.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in market research and analysis within the recruitment industry. Lauris Walton offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to support various projects
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, publications, and online databases
  • Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively
  • Collaborate with the research team to identify new research opportunities and methodologies
  • Assist in developing and implementing research strategies and methodologies
  • Support the team in maintaining and updating research databases and resources
  • Provide administrative support to the research team as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
