This position is an ongoing contract, hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan, and will require an immediate start. Strong excel skills are a MUST. Assist in preparing and scheduling reoccurring reports, presentations, and dashboards for business performance. Reporting & Analytics Weekly Payroll Report (timing: once a week; ongoing follow-ups throughout the week) Manage field communications and follow-ups related to payroll requests and reallocations. Holiday Store Hours Report (timing: once a week) Coordinate store operating hour updates and field communications. StoreForce Reports for TSL Program and Business Reviews (timing: once a week or as needed) Incentive Reports (timing: once a week or as needed) Complete and submit monthly bonus rosters in partnership with Finance team. Sales and payroll plan uploads in StoreForce (timing: weekly or as needed) Collect and synthesize feedback from the Auto Scheduling Initiative (timing: ongoing) Manage vendor/store follow-ups and ticket resolution. Operational Support Compile and publish weekly store closure reports. Monitor Store Hours inbox and update reporting as needed. Communicate store requested urgent supply issues to Bunzl.
