At our facility in Ashland, VA, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Reliability Lead:
- Define standard processes and tools to handle defects and ensure proper execution to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Lead Breakdown Elimination efforts through structured problem-solving
- Partner with operators to ensure defects are resolved and breakdowns are prevented
- Determine and prioritize planned maintenance needs, scheduling accordingly
- Share best practices across Reliability Leads to foster continuous improvement
- Maintain strong communication with the maintenance department to align priorities
- Continuously improve maintenance processes including Defect Handling and Breakdown Elimination
- Reduce negative impacts on machine reliability through proactive strategies
- Support Continuous Improvement and Reliability Management Pillars
